Parents raise funds for scholarship benefiting paramedics

Tony and Joyce Valente turned their son’s passing into a beacon of light for many emergency care students. After Franki Valente passed away as an EMT, his parents took to heart his ambition to make this world a better place. The scholarship fund was the result of it and has quickly gained momentum. The Fund has received ample support from the community, and is already helping students pay for their emergency care career path. It has truly become an inspiration.
