Mother to Frankie Valente born and raised in Rochester, NY. She has been a working and loving mom her entire life, and has raised three children, Deanna, Anthony, and Frankie, and loves spending time with her 2 grandchildren, Michael and Nicholas. She worked in Retail Management while raising their children and now Joyce is the current heart and soul of the Foundation. She is retired and focuses her time and energy on the Frankie Valente Scholarship Fund, and is helping others, help others. Joyce comes from a family of 14 siblings, and she has always found joy in helping others in any way she can. She married Tony Valente in 1989 and since then they have enjoyed traveling, and spending time with loved ones while building their family, and now this community.
